Schlemm管外壁切除治疗开角型青光眼的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察Schlemm管外壁切除联合应用丝裂霉素C治疗开角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法 :对中晚期开角型青光眼 17例、18眼行Schlemm管外壁切除术 ,术中应用丝裂霉素C 0 .2mg/ml。结果 :16眼术后眼压控制在 1.36～ 2 .5 1kPa ,2眼术后眼压为 2 .98～ 3.2 4kPa ,点 0 .5 %噻吗心胺眼水后 ,眼压控制在正常范围。结论 :Schlemm管外壁切除加应用丝裂霉素C ,可有效地降低眼压 ,减少抗青光眼药物的应用 ,术后并发症少 。Objective:To observe the clinical effect on resection of outer wall of Schlemm tube combined with mitomycin C in treatment of open angle glaucoma. Method: 17 cases (18 eyes) with metaphase-late open angle glaucoma were undergone resection of outer wall of Schlemm tube combined with mitomycin C. Result: Intraocular tension of 16 eyes were controlled from 1.36 to 2.51kPa after operation,and that of two eyes were from 2.98 to 3.24kPa. The two eyes were normal after dropped 0.5% timolol eye drops. Conclusion: Resection of outer wall of Schlemm tube combined with mitomycin C can decrease intraocular tension effectively,and reduce application of antiglaucomatous drugs and postoperative complication. It is an antiglaucoma operation with a good prospect.
