课程思政建设协同效应研究与实践——以“大学生就业与创业指导”课程为例

摘　　要：百年大计教育为本,立德树人培根铸魂。习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会讲话精神为推进新时代思政课建设指明了方向,高校各类课程都要与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成协同效应。结合“大学生就业与创业指导”课程,从课程设置、教学内容、教育环境、学习模式、教学评价等五个方面深入探讨“大学生就业与创业指导”课程与思想政治教育协同效应,挖掘思政元素,润物无声地把思政元素融入课程各个教育教学环节,并提出相应实践策略,从而对大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观实现正确的价值引领。Education is the fundamental task crucial for generations to come,and only by establishing virtue and cultivating people can we consolidate the foundation of the country and build the spiritual pillar of people.The spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the symposium for teachers of ideological and political courses pointed out the direction for promoting the construction of ideological and political courses in the new era.All the courses in colleges and universities should go in the same direction as ideological and political courses to form a synergistic effect.Based on the course of“Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance for College Students”,the synergistic effect of this course and ideological and political education is deeply explored from five aspects,including curriculum setting,teaching content,educational environment,learning mode,and teaching evaluation.At the same time,ideological and political elements are also explored and integrated silently into all educational and teaching steps,and practical strategies are proposed to achieve correct value guidance for college students’outlook on world,life and value.
