摘  要:教师是人才培养的关键所在,是高等教育质量的有力保障。中医药院校教师在国际化建设中面临的问题和挑战主要有:学校顶层设计缺乏、学科间国际化发展不均衡、教师国际化意识不足。面对这些挑战,中医药院校需要建立学校-部门-教师三级联动的“点、线、面”教师国际化培养模式,通过加强顶层设计,完善培养体系,夯实政策保障,扩大国际交流,引进海外人才带动本土教师发展,提升教师国际化意识和跨文化能力,多元协同培养,加快教师队伍的国际化进程,从而推进中医药高等教育高质量发展。Teachers are the key to talent cultivation and a powerful guarantee for the quality of higher education.The main problems and challenges faced by teachers in traditional Chinese medicine colleges in internationalization construction include:lack of top-level design in schools,uneven development of internationalization among disciplines,and insufficient awareness of internationalization among teachers.In the face of these challenges,traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities need to establish a three-level linkage model of“point,line,and surface”teacher internationalization training among schools,departments,and teachers.By strengthening top-level design,improving the training system,consolidating policy guarantees,expanding international exchanges,introducing overseas talents to drive the development of local teachers,enhancing the internationalization awareness and cross-cultural ability of teachers,promoting diversified collaborative training,and accelerating the internationalization process of the teacher team,Thus promoting the high-quality development of higher education in traditional Chinese medicine.
