摘  要:[目的/意义]伊利诺伊州消防服务研究所(IFSI)图书馆是伊利诺伊州唯一的消防服务图书馆,也是美国为数不多的此类图书馆之一。基于多年与消防员合作和过去的研究经验,IFSI图书馆确定经验知识是消防员在教学、培训和研究中最需要的知识。在与消防员工作相关的主题上开发并免费提供基于经验的知识资源至关重要;而最近的COVID-19大流行就是这样一个主题。本研究的目的是为消防员开发基于经验的COVID-19知识资源,帮助他们从这场大流行中学习,并将这些经验应用于未来的紧急情况,以确保他们自身和社区的安全。[方法/过程]本研究采用案例研究方法,探讨了如何为与COVID-19相关的消防员创建基于经验的知识资源。在研究过程中,开发了四种新的基于经验的知识资源:1)IFLODD数字图像收藏数据库和COVID-19 LODD;2)反思:消防员COVID-19响应的口述历史;3)IFSI COVID-19档案和IDEALS;4)伊利诺伊州选定消防部门的COVID-19响应实景图像和伊利诺伊州数字档案。通过多年来与伊利诺伊州消防服务部门建立的信任和尊重的良好关系以及其在州级消防学院内的位置,IFSI图书馆与伊利诺伊州消防服务部门建立了密切联系。这些资源以图片、文件、视频、采访和采访记录以及其他相关资料的形式,收集了伊利诺伊州消防服务中各种基于经验的知识。[结果/结论]如果没有伊利诺伊州消防服务学院图书馆在火灾和信息服务方面的领导经验,以及与其他机构建立的伙伴关系提供的传播经验性知识平台,在本案例研究中创建的基于经验的知识资源是不可能实现的。在伊利诺伊州消防服务学院图书馆的领导力及其与合作伙伴关系的支持下,这些新的基于经验的知识资源成为图书馆在紧急情况准备和响应中发挥作用的明证,也为他人创建面向消防员的经验性知识资源树立了榜样。[Purpose/significance]The Illinois Fire Service Institute(IFSI)Library is the only fire-service library in the state of Illinois and one of the few libraries of this type in the United States.Through years of experience working with firefighters and past studies,the IFSI Library has identified experience-based knowledge as the most desired knowledge by firefighters for teaching,training,and research.It is crucial for experience-based knowledge resources on topics relevant to firefighters’work to be developed and made freely available;the recent COVID-19 pandemic is one such topic.This study’s purpose was to develop experience-based knowledge resources for firefighters on COVID-19,to help firefighters learn from the pandemic and apply these lessons to future emergencies for the safety of themselves and their communities.[Method/process]A case study approach was used to explore how experience-based knowledge resources can be created for firefighters related to COVID-19.Four new experience-based knowledge resources were developed during the study:(1)IFLODD Digital Image Collection Database&COVID-19 LODD,(2)Reflections:Oral Histories of Firefighter COVID-19 Response,(3)IFSI COVID-19 Archives&IDEALS,and(4)Selected Illinois Fire Departments’COVID-19 Response in Action Images&Illinois Digital Archives.These resources collected a variety of experience-based knowledge from the Illinois fire service in the form of images,documents,videos,interviews and interview transcripts,and other relevant materials.[Result/conclusion]The experience-based knowledge resources created during this case study would not have been possible without the IFSI Library’s history of leadership to the Illinois fire service through fire and information services,as well as the IFSI Library’s established partnerships with other institutions who provided the platforms for disseminating experience-based knowledge.Made possible through leadership and partnership,the new experience-based knowledge resources serve as a testament to the role that l
