摘  要:以某新建绿色图书馆为例,介绍了该项目中央空调系统应用合同能源管理的模式。利用能耗模拟软件EnergyPlus分析了室内温度、入馆人数、人均新风量、自然通风等对空调年耗冷/热量的影响程度,结果表明:室内设计温度对负荷的影响程度最大,其次是入馆人数。在此基础上提出了根据最大入馆人数对室内温度分楼层控制与根据人员作息对部分楼层进行间歇控制的运行策略,并模拟计算了分楼层控制模式下阅览室自然室温,结果表明两种控制策略均具有一定的节能潜力,且入馆人数越低节能效果越明显。Taking a newly-built green library as an example,this article introduces the application of energy management contract(EMC)in the central air conditioning system of the project.Using energy consumption simulation software EnergyPlus,the influence degree of indoor temperature,library number,per capita fresh air volume,natural ventilation,etc.on the annual cooling/heating consumption of air conditioning is analyzed.The results show that the indoor design temperature has the greatest impact on the load,followed by the number of visitors.On this basis,it proposes an operation strategy of floor-by-floor control of indoor temperature based on the maximum number of visitors and intermittent control of some floors based on personnel schedules.It also simulates and calculates the natural room temperature of reading rooms under the floor-by-floor control mode.The results show that both control strategies have certain energy saving potential,and the lower the number of visitors,the more obvious the energy saving effect.
