摘  要:目的:分析IDose快速迭代重组技术联合低管电压CT仿真内镜对结肠癌成像质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年6月100例结肠癌患者,随机分组,每组50例。对照组采取IDose快速迭代重组技术联合常规管电压CT仿真内镜检查;观察组采取IDose快速迭代重组技术联合低管电压CT仿真内镜检查。比较两组CT图像质量相关指标的差异。结果:(1)两组CT图像质量主观评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)观察组SD值低于对照组,SNR值、CNR值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:IDose快速迭代重组技术联合低管电压CT仿真内镜在确保结肠癌成像质量的同时,可以减少辐射剂量,值得在临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of IDose combined with low tube voltage CT simulation endoscopy on the imaging quality of colon cancer.Methods:100 colon cancer patients from January 2020 to June 2023 were randomly assigned to 50 patients in each group.The control group adopted IDose rapid iterative recombination technology combined with conventional tube voltage CT simulation endoscopy,and the observation group adopted IDose rapid iterative recombination technology combined with low tube voltage CT simulation endoscopy.To the differences in CT image quality-related indicators between the two groups.Results:The subjective difference of CT image quality was insignificant(P>0.05);the@observation group was lower than the control group,SNR and CNR values were higher than the control group,the difference was significant(<0.05).Conclusion:IDose rapid iterative recombination technology combined with low tube voltage CT simulation endoscopy can reduce the radiation dose and can be used in clinical practice.
