摘 要:目的 比较以案例为导向的BOPPPS教学和传统教学在生理学教学中的教学效果。方法 随机选取临床医学专业2个班作为研究对象,分为对照组和教改组,对照组采用传统教学模式,教改组采用以案例为导向的BOPPPS教学模式,最后采用期末成绩和问卷调查的方法,比较两组的教学效果。结果 结果显示,以案例为导向的BOPPPS教学组的学生期末各项成绩均明显高于传统教学组。问卷调查结果显示,绝大部分学生对以案例为导向的BOPPPS教学满意,认为对其提高学习效率、自主学习能力、综合分析能力等方面有很大的促进作用。结论 以案例为导向的BOPPPS教学设计能明显提高生理学的教学质量。Objective Analyzed the teaching effect of instructional design of case-oriented BOPPPS in physiology,and compare with the traditional teaching method.Methods Two classes of Clinical Medicine major were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and reform group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,while the case-oriented BOPPPS teaching method was adopted in the reform group.Organize final grades and questionnaire to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results Final grades from the teaching method of case-oriented BOPPPS are more excellent.Most of the students are satisfied with the case-oriented BOPPPS teaching,and believe that it can greatly promote their learning efficiency,independent learning ability,comprehensive analysis ability and other aspects.Conclusion The teaching method of case-oriented BOPPPS could improve the teaching quality of Physiology.
