摘 要:在目前农林作业机械静液压传动系统的设计阶段,存在对其实际效率特性考虑不足的问题,同时在效率特性建模时,由于参数变化范围未知也会导致其参数辨识困难。为了解决以上问题,对其匹配设计、效率特性模型参数辨识以及减速器传动比影响关系进行了研究。首先,针对某型林果采摘机械的“变量泵-定量马达”动力传动系统,基于整机于松软土路面行驶时的阻力特性,估算了需求功率,并匹配了变量泵和定量马达型号;然后,提出了一种决策变量自适应变化的改进蒙特卡罗(I-MCM)法,根据已选静液压系统的台架试验样本数据,采用参数辨识方法建立了静液压系统效率特性模型,同时将其与蒙特卡罗法和改进的粒子群算法进行了对比;最后,基于已建立的效率特性模型,分析了减速器传动比设计值对整机能耗的影响。研究结果表明:在参数变化范围不确定的情况下,I-MCM仍能有效实现参数辨识,且辨识后的模型误差为4.05%;静液压系统在整机使用过程中的效率特性受减速器传动比的影响,两者在传动比设计值的变化范围内呈反相关,最优设计值平均传动效率为81.45%,高出最劣设计值10.53%。该研究可为我国农林作业机械或工程机械特性评估及优化设计提供参考。In order to solve the problems of insufficient consideration of the actual efficiency characteristics in the design stage of the hydrostatic transmission system of agricultural and forestry machinery,and the difficulty of parameter identification due to the unknown range of parameter variation in the efficiency characteristics modeling,the matching design,the parameter identification of the efficiency characteristics model and the influence of the reducer transmission ratio were studied.First of all,aiming at the"variable pump-constant motor"power transmission system of a certain type of forest fruit picking machinery,the required power was estimated based on the resistance characteristics of the whole machine when driving on soft soil road,and the variable pump and constant motor models were matched.And then,an improved Monte Carlo method(I-MCM)with adaptive change of decision variables was proposed.According to the bench test data of selected hydrostatic system,the efficiency characteristics model of hydrostatic system was established by parameter identification method.Meanwhile,the model was compared with Monte Carlo method and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,based on the established efficiency characteristics model,the influence of the design value of reducer transmission ratio on the energy consumption of the whole machine was analyzed.The results show that I-MCM can still effectively complete parameter identification when the range of parameter variation is uncertain,and the model error after identification is 4.05%.The transmission ratio of the reducer affects the efficiency characteristics of the hydrostatic system in the process of using the whole machine.In the range of the transmission ratio design value,the two are inversely correlated.The average transmission efficiency of the optimal design scheme is 81.45%,which is 10.53%higher than the worst design scheme.The research can provide reference for characteristic evaluation and optimization design of agricultural and forestry mac
