经颅直流电刺激联合六味地黄丸对精神分裂症患者认知功能和神经因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探究经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合六味地黄丸对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响及安全性。方法2021年1月~2022年8月期间,随机选取在本院接受治疗的精神分裂症患者104例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组给予六味地黄丸辅助治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合tDCS,对比两组患者的认知功能和血清中的各项指标。结果治疗后,观察组社会功能评定量表(Scale of social-skills for psychiatric inpatients,SSPI)、标准化精神分裂症认知功能成套测验共识-中文版(MATRICS,consensus cognitive battery,MCCB)得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清胶质纤维蛋白因子(GFAP)水平低于对照组,神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)血清浓度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TC)以及甘油三酯(TG)血清浓度以及不良反应总发生率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者使用tDCS联合六味地黄丸进行辅助治疗,在有效减轻脑损伤的同时,可以显著改善其认知功能和社会功能,且治疗过程较为安全。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with Liuwei Dihuang pill in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Between January 2021 and August 2022,104patients with schizophrenia were randomly selected to receive treatment in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 52 patients in both groups.The control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill as an adjuvant,and the observation group was combined with tDCS on the basis of the control group,and the relevant serum parameters were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of the Scale of social-skills for psychiatric inpatients(SSPI)and the Measurement and Treatment Research to Improve Cognition in Schizophrenia(MATRICS)consensus cognitive battery(MATRICS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum GFAP level in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the serum concentrations of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the serum concentrations of fasting blood glucose(FBG),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)and the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The tDCS combined with Liuwei Dihuang Pill can effectively reduce brain injury and significantly improve their cognitive and social functions in patients with schizophrenia,and the treatment process is relatively safe.
