摘　　要：目的 探讨轻中度玫瑰痤疮合并抑郁患者应用帕罗西汀辅助治疗的效果及其对焦虑抑郁情绪、单胺神经递质水平的影响。方法 选取我院于2020年1月~2022年1月期间收治的90例轻中度玫瑰痤疮合并抑郁患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组。基础组45例给予常规治疗,实验组45例在此基础上增加盐酸帕罗西汀治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、焦虑抑郁情绪、单胺神经递质水平、不良反应。结果 两组总有效率比较(P>0.05);实验组焦虑自评量表(Self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self rating depression Scale,SDS)评分分值均低于基础组(P<0.05);实验组5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、多巴胺(Dopamine,DA)、去甲肾上腺素(Norepinephrine,NE)水平均高于基础组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较(P>0.05)。结论 轻中度玫瑰痤疮合并抑郁患者应用帕罗西汀联合常规治疗效果确切,能够有效减轻焦虑抑郁情绪,提高单胺神经递质水平,且安全性高。Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine on anxiety and depression and the level of monoamine neurotransmitter in patients with mild to moderate rosacea complicated with depression.Methods A total of 90patients with mild to moderate rosacea combined with depression admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and grouped by random number table method.45 cases in the basic group were given conventional treatment,and 45 cases in the experimental group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,anxiety and depression,monoamine neurotransmitter level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared(P>0.05).The scores of Self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self rating depression Scale(SDS)in the experimental group were lower than those in the basic group(P<0.05).The levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),Dopamine(DA)and Norepinephrine(NE)in the experimental group were higher than those in the basic group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine combined with conventional treatment for mild to moderate rosacea patients with depression is effective,can effectively reduce anxiety and depression,improve the level of monoamine neurotransmitter,and has high safety.
