曼陀罗绘画训练对高危妊娠产妇负性情绪、应对方式及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析高危妊娠产妇应用曼陀罗绘画训练对负性情绪、应对方式及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年8月~2022年2月期间我科90例妊娠期高危产妇作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分组。对照组45例给予常规干预,观察组45例增加曼陀罗绘画训练。对比两组患者负性情绪、应对方式及睡眠质量。结果干预后,观察组产妇焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇积极应对分值高于对照组,消极应对分值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇睡眠持续时间、睡眠效率、睡眠困扰、睡眠药物使用、日间功能紊乱、睡眠质量、入睡时长分值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论曼陀罗绘画训练可有效减轻高危妊娠产妇负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,改善应对方式。Objective To analyze the effect of datura painting training on negative emotion,coping style and sleep quality of high-risk pregnant women.Methods A total of 90 high-risk parturients during pregnancy in our department from August 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects and grouped by random number table.45 cases in control group were given routine intervention,and 45 cases in observation group were given mandala painting training.Negative emotion,coping style and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of maternal anxiety self-rating Scale and depression self-rating Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of maternal sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,sleep drug use,daytime dysfunction,sleep quality and sleep duration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Datura painting training can effectively reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality,improve coping style of high-risk pregnanc.
