摘　　要：慢性胰腺炎是胰腺进行性炎症性疾病,常伴发胰腺内外分泌功能的下降,严重危害患者健康。目前慢性胰腺炎的诊断主要依赖特异性的影像学表现和/或病理组织学检查,但影像学检查存在一定漏诊率和误诊率,病理组织学检查有创且活检难度大,故慢性胰腺炎的早期诊断及与胰腺癌等疾病的鉴别诊断仍存在一定的困难。近年研究发现胰酶、miRNA、外泌体、特异性代谢物、血浆可溶性受体等生物学标志物在慢性胰腺炎诊断和鉴别诊断中发挥一定作用,具有良好的灵敏度和特异度。本文阐述了慢性胰腺炎诊断标志物的研究进展,以期为慢性胰腺炎诊断、鉴别诊断提供思路。Chronic pancreatitis is a progressive inflammatory disease of the pancreas,often accompanied by the deterioration of pancreatic endocrine and exocrine function,which seriously endangers the health of patients.At present,the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis mainly depends on specific imaging findings and/or histopathological examination,but imaging examination has false negative rate and misdiagnosis rate,and histopathological examination is invasive and the biopsy procedure is difficult.Thus,the early diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis and the differential diagnosis with pancreatic cancer and other diseases are still difficult.Recent studies have found that pancreatic enzyme,exosomes,microRNA,metabolomics,plasma soluble receptors and other markers play a certain role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis,with good sensitivity and specificity.This article reviews the research progress of diagnostic markers for chronic pancreatitis,so as to provide new insights for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis.
