奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗老年性胃溃疡的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨奥美拉唑和克拉霉素联合治疗老年性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2020年6月于我院消化内科收治的Hp相关性老年性胃溃疡患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为联合组(n=50)和奥美拉唑组(n=40)。联合组给予奥美拉唑和克拉霉素联合治疗,奥美拉唑组给予奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床症状评分、治疗效果、Hp根除率和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组腹痛、腹胀、嗳气和反酸评分低于治疗前,且联合组低于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05);联合组治疗总有效率高于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05);联合组患者Hp根除率高于奥美拉唑组,不良反应发生率低于奥美拉唑组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗老年性胃溃疡的效果显著,可有效改善临床症状,提高Hp根除率,降低不良反应发生率,具有一定安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of senile gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 90 patients with HP-related elderly gastric ulcer admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into combination group(n=50)and omeprazole group(n=40)according to the random number table method.The combined group was treated with omeprazole and clarithromycin,and the omeprazole group was treated with omeprazole.The clinical symptom score,treatment effect,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,belching and acid regurgitation in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the omeprazole group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was higher than that of omeprazole group(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the combined group was higher than that of the omeprazole group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the omeprazole group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Omeprazole combined with clarithromycin has a significant effect in the treatment of senile gastric ulcer,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve the eradication rate of Hp,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has a certain safety.
