脑膜中动脉栓塞介入术联合阿托伐他汀钙片辅助治疗慢性硬膜下血肿患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑膜中动脉栓塞联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗慢性硬膜下血肿(CSDH)的临床疗效。方法:选取医院2022年1月—2023年1月收治的60例CSDH患者进行研究,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受脑膜中动脉栓塞联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。比较两组炎症因子、血肿情况、神经功能及并发症发生率。结果:观察组白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、脑源性神经营养因子、神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后6个月内复发率低于对照组,治疗后1个月及3个月血肿完全吸收率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑膜中动脉栓塞联合阿托伐他汀钙片可降低CSDH患者炎症水平,促进血肿吸收,改善神经功能,且具有一定安全性。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of middle meningeal artery embolization combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of chronic subdural hematoma(CSDH).Methods:A total of 60 patients with CSDH admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received middle meningeal artery embolization combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory factors,hematoma,neurological function and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,brain-derived neurotrophic factor and neuron-specific enolase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate within 6 months after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the complete absorption rate of hematoma at 1 month and 3 months after treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Middle meningeal artery embolization combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets can reduce the level of inflammation in patients with CSDH,promote hematoma absorption,improve neurological function,and has certain safety.
