摘  要:随着城市建设加快,照明技术快速发展,人造光源导致的光污染问题日益凸显,已经成为城市环境污染防治的新领域。光污染防治工作在国外已开展了几十年,具有丰富的管理经验和技术基础。在综述国外照明光污染研究进展的基础上,指出中国光污染防治管理现状及问题,并提出对策与建议,为国家综合施策、统筹推进光污染防治,建立国家光环境监督管理体系提供科学依据。With the development of urban construction,the illumination technologies develop quickly.As a result,problems of light pollution by artificial illuminants have become increasingly prominent and become a new field of urban environmental pollution prevention and control.The prevention and control work of light pollution has been carried out abroad for decades,accumulated rich management experience and technical basis.Therefore,research progress of light pollution abroad was summarized firstly,and then the proposals were put forward according to the current situation and problems in China,so as to provide scientific reference for China’s light environmental supervision and management system,and promote the prevention and control of light pollution in a comprehensive way.
