摘　　要：地方高校与区域产业协同创新融合具有极强的战略价值和深远的社会影响。这既是地方高校反哺区域经济建设的使命担当,也是推动当地产业链条合理布局的必然之选,更是对接新时代产教融合教学改革的积极回应。为确保地方高校有效嵌入区域产业链,进一步提升高层次人才培养质量,提出地方高校深化转型发展,推进人才培养供给侧改革,推进产教深度融合,以期全面增强地方高校专业办学的社会适应力以及毕业生的就业竞争力。The synergistic innovation and integration of local colleges and universities and regional industries has extremely strong strategic value and profound and lasting social impact.This is not merely the mission and undertaking of local colleges and universities to feed back to the regional economic construction,but also the inevitable choice to propel the reasonable layout of local industrial chain,and is also a positive response to the docking of teaching reformation of the integration of production and education in the new times.In a bid to make sure the effective insertion of local colleges and universities into the regional industrial chain and further upgrade the cultivating quality of high-level talented person,this article comes up with deepening the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,advancing the supply side reform of talent training,and propelling the deep integration of industry and education,hoping to roundly heighten the social adaptability of professional school running and the employment competence of graduates in the local colleges and universities.
