摘 要:在现今隧道开挖施工初期支护处置方式中,常用的支护方式有支撑钢架、连接筋、钢筋网、系统锚杆、喷射混凝土相互一体的联合支护,其中系统锚杆形式根据不同类型及支护作用,常用的系统锚杆使用方式为砂浆锚杆和中空注浆锚杆两种,一般用于不同等级围岩初期支护和特殊情况下的临时支护。本文从系统锚杆施工中的关键工序着手,结合实际,就施工过程中如何更好解决系统锚杆与背后围岩的充分贴合,防止锚杆在灌浆过程中产生的不密实、脱空等质量问题展开论述,为巩固发展隧道锚杆施工技术提供一点借鉴。In the early stage of tunnel excavation construction,the commonly used support methods are the combined support of supporting steel frames,connecting bars,steel mesh,system anchor rods,and sprayed concrete.The system anchor rod form is based on the type and support function,and the commonly used system anchor rods are mortar anchor rods and hollow grouting anchor rods,generally used for initial support of different levels of surrounding rock and temporary support under special circumstances.This article starts with the key processes in the construction of system anchor rods,and combines them with reality to discuss how to better solve the quality problems such as incomplete compaction and voids caused by the anchor rods during the grouting process by fully fitting the system anchor rods with the surrounding rock.This provides some reference for consolidating and developing tunnel anchor rod construction technology.
