摘  要:针对新工科大力建设背景,对铸造工艺学实验教学提出了新的要求,结合培养适应区域经济发展的创新应用型本科人才的显著特征,在授课学时数减少的情况下,采用优化教学内容和分层次实验教学方法,增加了开放创新型实验。根据不同的实验,采用多样化的教学形式和新的考评机制,全面对铸造工艺学实验教学进行改革实践。在实践积累中形成了基于培养应用型人才的教学方法和以创新实践过程考核为核心和创新实践结果为辅的考评机制。实践结果表明,该教学方法和考评机制有利于培养学生运用自然科学和工程专业知识分析和解决复杂铸造工程问题以及创新实践能力,对推进创新应用型人才的培养模式的探索和实践具有重要意义。Under the background of the vigorous construction of new engineering subjects,foundry technology has new requirements for the experimental teaching of foundry technology.Combined with the remarkable characteristics of cultivating applied undergraduate talents suitable for regional economic development,under the condition of reducing the teaching hours,the optimized teaching content and hierarchical experimental teaching are adopted to increase the open and innovative experiment;According to different experiments,diversified teaching forms and new evaluation mechanism are adopted to comprehensively reform and practice the experimental teaching of foundry technology;In the accumulation of practice,the teaching method based on training applied talents and the evaluation mechanism with the assessment of innovative practice process as the core and the results of innovative practice as the supplement have been formed.The practice results show that the teaching method and evaluation mechanism are conducive to cultivating students'ability to analyze and solve complex casting engineering problems and innovative practice by using the professional knowledge of natural science and engineering.It is of great significance to promote the exploration and practice of the training mode of applied innovative talents.
