考虑绿色偏好和回收再制造的闭环供应链生产决策研究

摘　　要：在考虑消费者绿色偏好和废旧产品回收再制造的基础上,研究了单一生产商的产品线选择问题。运用Stackelberg博弈方法构建了仅提供绿色产品、仅提供普通产品与同时提供绿色产品和普通产品的三种闭环供应链产品线模型,确定三种模型下的最优解,分析了消费者绿色偏好、市场中绿色消费者所占比例以及绿色技术投资系数对决策变量和生产商利润的影响。研究发现,对于生产商而言,仅提供绿色产品与同时提供绿色产品和普通产品始终优于仅提供普通产品;绿色产品的绿色度和生产商利润与消费者绿色偏好和市场上绿色消费者所占比例呈正相关,与绿色技术投资系数呈负相关;当生产商选择仅提供普通产品时,普通产品的价格、需求和生产商利润仅与生产成本有关。Under the background of considering consumers'green preference and recycling and remanufacturing of waste products,the product line selection problem of a single manufacturer is studied.The Stackelberg game method is used to construct three closed-loop supply chain product line models of only providing green products,only providing ordinary products and providing green products and ordinary products at the same time.The optimal solutions under the three models are determined,and the influence of consumers'green preference,the proportion of green consumers in the market and the green technology investment coefficient on decision variables and manufacturer profits is analyzed.The study found that for manufacturers,only providing green products and providing green products and ordinary products at the same time is always better than only providing ordinary products;the green degree of green products and the profit of manufacturers are positively correlated with the green preference of consumers and the proportion of green consumers in the market,and negatively correlated with the green technology investment coefficient.When the manufacturer chooses to provide only ordinary products,the price,demand and profit of ordinary products are only related to the production cost.
