摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出建设堪当民族复兴重任的高素质干部队伍,为新时代高校青年干部的培养提供了理论指导和行动遵循。中国共产党是高度重视自身建设的马克思主义政党,青年干部培养历来都是党高度重视的核心问题之一,是新时代党自我革命的重要环节。从内生性动力视角而言,可从四个维度分析如何加强青年干部培养:理论维度上锤炼马克思主义理论品格,永葆纯洁高尚的政治灵魂;价值维度上学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,以自我革命的精神建新功;目标维度上造就大批德才兼备的高素质人才,练就过硬“大思政课”铸魂育人的本领;实践维度上练就调查研究这个基本功,掌握开创工作新局面的锐利武器。The report of the 20th National Congress proposed the construction of a high-quality cadre team capable of shouldering the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation,providing theoretical guidance and action guidance for the cultivation of young cadres in universities in the new era.The CPC is a Marxist party that attaches great importance to its own construction.The training of young cadres has always been one of the core issues that the Party attaches great importance to,and is an important part of the party's self-revolution in the new situation.From the perspective of endogenous motivation,analyze and strengthen the training of young cadres from four dimensions:refining the theoretical character of Marxism in the theoretical dimension,and maintaining a pure and noble political soul forever;in the value dimension,learn and implement Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and build new achievements with the spirit of self-revolution;in terms of goal dimension,cultivate a large number of high-quality talents with both morality and talent,and cultivate the ability to cultivate souls and educate people through the"Great Ideological and Political Course";practise the basic skill of investigation and research from a practical perspective,and master the sharp weapon of creating new situations in work.
