儿童口腔疾病患者牙科畏惧症的现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童口腔疾病患者牙科畏惧症(CDF)的现状并归纳其影响因素。方法回顾性分析我院治疗的儿童口腔疾病患者184例的临床资料,统计CDF患儿例数,并对CDF发生的影响因素进行分析。结果184例儿童患者中,67例存在CDF,发生率为36.41%;单因素分析显示,CDF的发生与其年龄、性别、首次就诊、口腔知识、家庭人均收入以及父母牙科畏惧症有关(P<0.05),与居住地、独生子女、牙龈出血、龋齿、牙石、住院史及主要监护人无关(P>0.05);多因素分析显示,3~6岁(OR=7.645,95%CI:2.764~21.143)、女生(OR=5.224,95%CI:2.058~13.265)、首次就诊(OR=2.573,95%CI:1.043~6.347)、口腔知识较差(OR=9.970,95%CI:3.422~29.049)、家庭人均收入<3000(OR=8.705,95%CI:4.020~18.116)及父母牙科畏惧症(OR=4.974,95%CI:1.982~12.482)是儿童发生CDF的危险因素。结论儿童口腔疾病患者CDF发生率较高,其发生受年龄、性别、首次就诊、口腔知识、家庭人均收入以及父母牙科畏惧症影响。Objective To analyze the current situation of dental fear(CDF)in children with oral diseases and summarize its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data of 184 children with oral diseases in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the number of children with CDF was counted,and the factors affecting the occurrence of CDF were analyzed.Results Among 184 children,67 children had CDF,and the incidence of CDF was 36.41%.Univariate analysis showed that the occurrence of CDF was related to age,sex,first visit,oral knowledge,family per capita income and parents'dental fear(P<0.05).It was not related to residence,only child,gingival bleeding,dental caries,dental calculus,hospitalization history and main guardian(P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that 3~6 years old(OR=7.645,95%CI:2.764~21.143),female(OR=5.224,95%CI:2.058~13.265),first visit(OR=2.573,95%CI:1.043~6.347),poor oral knowledge(OR=9.970,95%CI:3.422~29.049)Family per capita income<3000(OR=8.705,95%CI:4.020~18.116)and parents'dental fear(OR=4.974,95%CI:1.982~12.482)were risk factors for children with CDF.Conclusion The incidence of CDF in children with oral diseases is high,which can be affected by age,sex,first visit,oral knowledge,family per capita income and parents'dental fear.
