摘　　要：首届全国名中医、91岁高龄的刘宝厚教授的主要健康长寿养生经验包括:热爱中医药事业,全身心于投入中西医结合大业,为中西医结合肾病专业培养了一批优秀人才;全心全意为患者服务为首要,悉心关注患者的身心健康状况;同时强调保养肾精、顾护脾肺,合理膳食、适当饮酒,和睦互助、弘扬功德,淡泊名利、开阔心胸,以静为主、动静结合的健康长寿养生观。关心国家大事,关注中华民族综合国力的建设,十分关心新冠病毒感染期间的民生,认真总结先父刘尔炘先生的贡献等,皆为刘宝厚教授养生保健的重要经验。This paper analyzed the 91-year-old Professor Liu Baohou,the first national famous traditional Chinese medicine Professor,mainly health and longevity health experience,including loving the cause of traditional Chinese medicine,devoting himself to the cause of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and cultivating a group of outstanding talents for the specialty of kidney disease in integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,to serve patients wholeheartedly as the first priority,pay close attention to the physical and mental health of patients,emphasized the maintenance of kidney essence,taking care of the spleen and lung,reasonable diet,appropriate drinking,harmony and mutual assistance,indifferent to fame and wealth,broad-minded,static,static combination of health and longevity concept,concerned about national affairs,concerned about the construction of the comprehensive national strength of the Chinese nation,very concerned about the people's livelihood during the new coronavirus epidemic,and earnestly summarizing the contribution,which are important experiences of Professor Liu Baohou's health care.
