摘　　要：目的探究经鼻肠梗阻导管联合清胰汤治疗重症胰腺炎合并肠梗阻临床疗效。方法选取60例重症胰腺炎患者,随机分为治疗组(30例,行经鼻肠梗阻导管联合清胰汤治疗)和对照组(30例,行清胰汤灌胃治疗),对比2组治疗后各项指标。结果治疗组患者腹痛、腹胀症状缓解时间和肛门排气时间均短于对照组,治疗组炎症指标均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻型肠梗阻导管减压联合清胰汤治疗重症胰腺炎合并肠梗阻疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Qingyi decoction in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with intestinal obstruction.Methods A total of 60 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into a treatment group of 30 cases received nasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Qingyi decoction and a control group of 30 cases received Qingyi decoction.The indexes of the two groups after treatment were compared.ResultsThe time to relieve abdominal pain,abdominal distension and anal exhaust in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the inflammatory indexes in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal intestinal obstruction catheter combined with Qingyi decoction is effective in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis complicated with intestinal obstruction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
