摘　　要：保山是云南省重要的咖啡产区之一,其地理、气候条件非常适宜咖啡生长,咖啡种植历史悠久,但目前市场占有率和品牌影响力不高。本文分析了保山市咖啡产业发展现状和存在的问题,从提高生豆精品率、提高精深加工率、提高品牌影响力和市场占有率、培育壮大市场主体、精准的政策供给等方面提出了做强做大咖啡产业的建议,以期为当地咖啡产业高质量发展提供参考。Baoshan is one of the important coffee producing areas in Yunnan Province.Its geographical and clima-tic conditions are very suitable for coffee growth.Coffee cultivation has a long history,but currently its market share and brand influence are not high.This paper analyzed the development status and shortcomings of the coffee industry in Baoshan City,and proposed suggestions for strengthening and expanding the coffee industry from aspects such as improving the rate of high-quality raw beans,increasing the rate of deep processing,enhancing brand influence and market share,cultivating and strengthening market entities,and providing precise policy supply,in order to provide references for the high-quality development of the local coffee industry.
