摘 要:针对第七届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛中S环形赛道的无碳小车设计要求,文中提出了一种利用小车运动轨迹逆向生成转向系统参数的设计方法。采用凸轮和正切机构构成小车转向机构,选取适当的6阶B样条曲线生成小车前轮的运动轨迹,依照小车结构的数学模型选取合适参数,采用微分计算方式生成转向机构凸轮轮廓。经过正向运动仿真和实物制作验证了该方法的准确性,该设计思想具有设计调试的简便性及对不同赛道具有普适性的特点。In this article,in order to meet the design requirements of the carbon-free car on the“S-shaped”track in the 7th National Undergraduate Engineering Training Integration Ability Competition,efforts are made to propose a method to generate the steering mechanism's parameters by means of the car's reverse trajectory.A cam and a tangent mechanism are used to form the car's steering mechanism,and an appropriate 6-order B-spline curve is selected to generate the motion trajectory of the car's front wheel;the appropriate parameters are selected according to the mathematical model of the car structure,and the cam profile of the steering mechanism is generated by diferential calculation.Through forward motion simulation and prototype production,it is verified that this method is accurate;the design idea,which is easy in design and debugging,can be applied to different tracks.
