摘  要:共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求和中国式现代化的根本特征。高等教育高质量发展为共同富裕蓄力赋能,需从五方面着力:一是实施素质教育,加强高等教育普惠性投入,整体提升低收入者人力资本与创富能力;二是实施科教兴国、人才强国和创新驱动发展战略,推动产业转型升级和民生改善;三是加强思想政治教育、社会主义劳动教育和职业精神教育,让人民群众的“口袋”和“脑袋”同时富起来;四是建设优质、“特质”高等教育体系,让人人享有接受不同类型高质量高等教育的机会;五是构建高质量高等教育扶贫长效机制,让“寒门”走出更多“富子”。Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the fundamental feature of Chinese modernization.To empower common prosperity with high-quality development of higher education,it is necessary to focus on five aspects:firstly,efforts should be made to implement the quality education,strengthen inclusive investment in higher education,and improve the human capital and wealth creation ability of low-income people as a whole.Secondly,it is necessary to strive to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country with talents and the innovation-driven development strategy,by which to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and improve people’s livelihood.Thirdly,people should try to strengthen ideological and political education,socialist labor education,and professional spirit education,so that the masses of the people will not only have their“pockets”bulging,but also their“heads”rich.Fourthly,we should focus on building a high-quality and“unique”higher education system,so that everyone can enjoy the opportunity to receive different types of high-quality higher education.Fifth,we should struggle to build a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation through highquality higher education,so that more“rich people”can come out of the“poor door”.
