石斛酒对小鼠免疫功能作用研究

摘　　要：研究石斛酒对小鼠免疫功能的影响。将250只SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为空白对照组,酒基对照组,石斛酒低、中、高剂量组(3.33 mL/kg、6.67 mL/kg、20.00 mL/kg),连续灌胃30 d。采用迟发型变态反应实验和脾淋巴细胞转化实验观察其对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响;检测抗体生成细胞数和血清溶血素观察其对小鼠体液免疫功能的影响;采用小鼠碳廓清实验和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验观察其对小鼠单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响;采用乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定法观察其对小鼠NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明,与空白对照组及酒基对照组比较,中、高剂量能显著提高小鼠NK细胞活性及小鼠迟发型变态反应能力(P<0.05),高剂量能显著提高抗体生成细胞数及半数溶血值(P<0.05),表明石斛酒具有增强免疫力的功能。To study the effect of Dendrobium liqueur on the immune function of mice,a total of 250 SPF Kunming mice were ran-domly divided into the negative control group,the base liquor control group,and the low/medium/high dose(3.33 mL/kg,6.67 mL/kg,20.00 mL/kg)Dendrobium liqueur groups.Gavage continued for 30 days.The delayed type hypersensitivity and lympho-cyte transformation test were used to observe the effect of Dendrobium liqueur on the cellular immune function of the mice;the num-ber of antibody-producing cells and serum hemolysin were detected to observe the effect on the humoral immune function of the mice;the mouse carbon clearance test and mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes test were conducted to observe the effect on mouse monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis;and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)assay was used to observe the ef-fect on mouse NK cell activity.The results showed that,compared with the negative control group and the base liquor control group,the midium and high dose groups showed significantly strengthened activity of NK cells and ability of delayed-type hypersensitivity(P<0.05),and the high dose group showed significantly increased level of antibody-producing cells and half hemolysis value(P<0.05).The results indicate that Dendrobium liqueur has the function of enhancing immunity.
