基于析因试验设计提高烟支圆周稳定性的研究

摘　　要：本文通过析因试验设计,对影响烟支圆周稳定性的关键因子进行分析验证及确定,量化因子的影响程度及效应关系,并在此基础上对关键因子进行优化和生产跟踪验证,提高烟支圆周的稳定性。试验结果显示,ZJ17卷接机大压板位置、小压板位置、烟舌出口位置与烟支圆周标偏有明显的效应关系,当大压板位置调整在7.9mm、小压板位置调整在7.9mm、烟舌出口位置调整在6.8mm时,烟支圆周标偏可以控制在0.05mm左右。经过卷接机台的生产验证,实际烟支圆周标偏达到了0.053mm。The paper analyzes,verifies,and determines the key factors that affect the circumferential stability of cigarettes through factorial experimental design,quantifies the degree of influence and effect relationship of the factors,and optimizes and tracks the production of key factors based on this,improving the circumferential stability of cigarettes.The experimental results show that there is a significant effect relationship between the position of the large pressing plate,the position of the small pressing plate,and the position of the cigarette tongue outlet of the ZJ17 crimping machine and the circumferential deviation of the cigarette.When the position of the large pressing plate is adjusted at 7.9mm,the position of the small pressing plate is adjusted at 7.9mm,and the position of the cigarette tongue outlet is adjusted at 6.8mm,the circumferential deviation of the cigarette can be controlled at around 0.05mm.After production verification of the cigarette winding machine,the actual circumferential deviation of the cigarette reached 0.053mm.
