摘　　要：标准技术的升级、产品类别的丰富、检测技术的发展,对器具开关安规认证检测设备带来了机遇和挑战。该系统介绍了一种基于EtherCAT和PLC的多功能开关寿命测试系统,具有气电混合简化设计、分时共享电源负载、柔性模拟负载特性、在线监测交直两用的特点,利用伺服电机、气动装置和辅助控制装置,灵活实现了对多种开关品类和多种标称温度的器具开关产品进行安规耐久寿命测试,并同时具备环保节能的效果。The upgrade of standard technology,the enrichment of product categories and the development of testing technology have brought opportunities and challenges to the appliance switch safety regulation certification and testing equipment.The paper introduces a multi-function switch life test system based on EtherCAT and PLC.It has the characteristics of simplified design of gas-electric hybrid,time-sharing power load,flexible simulation load,online monitoring of AC and DC dual-use etc.,using servo motor,pneumatic device and auxiliary control device to realize the durability life test of various switches and switch products of various nominal temperature,and has the effect of environmental protection and energy saving.
