摘　　要：自动分拣系统是指能够识别物料属性并对物料进行分拣的自动装置。设计一种自动分拣系统用于分拣圆柱形金属工件和非金属工件,采用西门子的SIMATIC S7-1200作为CPU,通过电感式传感器和电容式传感器分辨金属工件和非金属工件,系统中各个执行机构在PLC程序控制下进行工件的定位、抓取和放置,实现高效的分拣过程。除了控制自动分拣,PLC还可监测设备的状态,检测异常情况,当发生故障时,能够迅速识别并提供相应的报警信息,以便及时采取措施,减少停机时间和生产损失。The automatic sorting system refers to an automatic device that can identify material properties and sort materials.The automatic sorting system designed in this article is used to sort cylindrical metal and non-metal workpieces,using Siemens'SIMATIC S7-1200 as the CPU.Inductive and capacitive sensors are used to distinguish between metal and non-metal workpieces.Each executing mechanism in the system is controlled by a PLC program to locate,grab,and place workpieces,implementing an efficient sorting process.In addition to controlling automatic sorting,PLC also monitors the status of equipment,detects abnormal situations,and can quickly identify and provide corresponding alarm information in case of faults,so as to take timely measures to reduce downtime and production losses.
