摘　　要：职业幸福感可为护士职业发展赋能。随着护理高质量发展的推进,在持续扩大护理队伍、优化护理工作内容的同时,提升护士职业幸福感的共识正深入人心。作为人民生命健康的守护者和推进健康中国建设的主力军,政府十分关切护士队伍的成长和护理事业的发展。因此,如何提升护士职业幸福感,是当下值得深入思考的问题。文章从依法保障护士执业权利、提升护士社会地位和职业地位、优化护理执业环境等方面进行论述,为提高护士职业幸福感,助力护理高质量发展,推进健康中国建设提供思路。Career happiness empowers nurses to develop their career.Amid the advancement of quality development of nursing,the con-sensus on improving nurses'care happiness is increasingly gaining recognition while the nursing workforce is expanding and the content of nurs-ing services is optimized appropriately.The Chinese Government is deeply concerned at the growth of nurse workforce,the guardian for people's life and health and the main facilitator for the construction of a healthy China,and the development of nursing.So how to enhance nurses'career happiness deserves in-depth consideration.This paper discussed the protection of nurses'rights to practice in accordance with the law,the im-provement of nurses'social and professional status,and the optimization of nursing practice environment,providing ideas for improving the ca-reer happiness of nurses,supporting the high-quality development of nursing,and promoting the construction of a healthy China.
