摘 要:目的 探究护士循证实践能力与护士长实施领导力间的关系,分析护士循证实践能力的影响因素。方法 采用一般资料调查表、循证实践能力评估量表和实施领导力量表对重庆市7所三级医院、10所二级医院及20所一级医院便利抽取的1 354名护士进行问卷调查。结果 护士循证实践能力量表得分为(91.61±13.20)分,护士长实施领导力量表得分为36.00(24.00,48.00)分。护士长实施领导力得分与护士循证实践能力得分呈正相关(r=0.558,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,医院等级、是否参加过循证实践培训、是否有阅读文献习惯、阅读文献量、主动性领导力、支持性领导力、持久性领导力是护士循证实践能力的独立影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 护士循证实践能力处于中等水平,护士长实施领导力处于中等水平仍有待提高,二者呈现出显著正相关关系,护理管理者应提供充足的资源、培训以及政策等方面的支持,同时积极参与实施过程,助力循证实践在护理工作中的可持续发展。Objective To explore the relationship of nurses'evidence-based practice(EBP)competencies with head nurses'imple-mentation leadership,and the factors associated with nurses'EBP competencies.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted using the General Information Form,Evidence Based Practice Evaluation Competence Questionnaire(EBP-COQ)and Implementation Leadership Scale(ILS)among a convenience sample of 1354 nurses from 7 tertiary hospitals,10 secondary hospitals,and 20 primary hospitals in Chongqing.Results The mean scores of nurses on the EBP-COQ and ILS were(91.61±13.20),and 36.00(24.00,48.00),respectively.The ILS score of head nurses was positively correlated with the EBP-COQ score of nurses(r=0.558,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that hospital level,EBP training,literature reading habits,pieces of literature read,being proactive,being supportive and persistent leadership were independently associated with nurses'EBP competencies(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The level of self-rated EBP competencies of nurses is high,but the nurse-rated implementation leadership level of head nurses is moderate and needs to be improved,and these two show a significant positive correlation.Nursing managers should provide adequate resources,training and policy support,and actively partici-pate in the implementation process to facilitate the sustainable development of EBP in nursing work.
