儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的 调查儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系现状并探究其影响因素。方法 2022年7月1日至10日,采用便利抽样法抽取苏州市区5所公立医院的儿科护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、中文版儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系量表、一般自我效能感量表、情绪智力量表进行调查,分析儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的影响因素。结果 儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系总得分为(141.99±20.14)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,科内角色、一般自我效能感、情绪智力为儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系较好,承担带教任务的儿科护士与患儿父母伙伴关系更好,护士一般自我效能感水平、情绪智力越高,其与患儿父母伙伴关系水平越高。护理管理者应关注以上方面并积极予以提升,提高儿科整体护理质量。Objective To investigate the current levels of pediatric nurse-parent partnerships and explore associated factors.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select pediatric nurses from five public hospitals in Suzhou urban areas from July 1 to 10,2022.They were surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire,Chinese version of Pediatric Nurse Parent Partnership Scale(PNPPS-C),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS).Statistical analysis was performed to identity the factors associ-ated with the partnership between pediatric nurses and children's parents.Results The mean total score of PNPPS-C was(141.99±20.14).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that the role in the pediatric department,and levels of self-efficacy,emotional intelligence were independently associated with the partnership between pediatric nurses and children's parents(P<0.05).Conclusion The partnership be-tween pediatric nurses and children's parents is at a relatively high level generally,pediatric nurses who undertake teaching tasks have a high-er level of partnership with their parents.The higher levels of general self-efficacy and emotional intelligence of nurses,the higher level of their partnership with children's parents.To improve the overall quality of pediatric nursing,nursing mangers are recommended to focus and proactively improve the above-mentioned aspects.
