“姚基金希望小学篮球季”助推学校体育发展的机制、维度与展望

摘　　要：姚基金希望小学篮球季秉承“以体育人、助学兴教”的理念为农村学校体育的发展提供了新的契机。本文运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑思辨等研究方法,从五育并举、全面发展角度分析姚基金希望小学篮球季助推学校体育发展的机制、维度与展望。结果表明:姚基金希望小学篮球季在运行逻辑与目标机理中具有规范协作行动秩序的均衡体系及追求协同发展的共同价值基础,在体育课程教学、课余体育训练及课外体育活动维度下具有深化学生课堂主体体验、服务学生身心全面发展、注重学生运动兴趣培养的助推作用。最后基于新政策、新挑战,提出发展建议:坚持核心素养,优化体育课程教学、完善资源配置,提高受益学生数量、活泛因地制宜,提升校园文化建设。Yao Foundation Hope School Basketball Season provides a new opportunity for the development of sports in rural schools by adhering to the concept of"to cultivate through sports and to promote education".Using literature review,expert interviews,logical thinking and other research methods,we analyze the mechanism,dimension and outlook of the Yao Foundation Hope School Basketball Season in promoting the development of school sports from the perspectives of five education and comprehensive development.Findings:In the logic of operation and the mechanism of goal,there is a balanced system that regulates the order of collaborative action and a common value basis for the pursuit of synergistic development.In the dimensions of physical education curriculum teaching,after-school sports training and extracurricular sports activities,it has the function of deepening students'subjective experience in the classroom,serving students'overall physical and mental development,and emphasizing the cultivation of students interests in sports.Based on the new policies and challenges,the following suggestions are made:optimize the teaching of physical education curriculum by adhering to the core literacy,improve the allocation of resources to increase the number of students benefited,and enhance the campus culture by adapting to the local conditions.
