摘　　要：目的对上海市松江区高校大学生不良饮食行为现状及其影响因素进行调查分析,为开展大学生营养教育提供研究依据。方法采取分层整群抽样的方法对上海市松江区四所高校3039名在校大学生进行匿名问卷调查。结果上海市松江区有76.24%的大学生存在不良饮食行为,其主要表现为不健康减肥行为(48.44%)、经常不吃早餐(40.31%)、不喝牛奶/酸奶/豆浆(15.86%)、经常喝含糖饮料(9.31%)、经常吃甜食(6.38%)、经常吃油炸食物(5.17%)。多因素回归分析显示,女性、高BMI、高月生活费是大学生不良饮食行为的危险因素。结论上海市松江区高校大学生不良饮食行为普遍存在,应重视对大学生的营养教育,采取针对性的改善措施。Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of college students’unhealthy dietary behaviors and their influencing factors among college students in Songjiang District of Shanghai,in order to provide a research basis for the development of nutrition education for college students.Methods An anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted on 3039 college students in four colleges in Songjiang District,Shanghai by stratified whole group sampling.Results The proportion of college students who had unhealthy dietary behaviors was 76.24%.The main behaviors were unhealthy dieting behavior(48.44%),often skipping breakfast(40.31%),not drinking milk/yogurt/soymilk(15.86%),often drinking sugary beverages(9.31%),often eating sweets(6.38%),and often eating fried food(5.17%).Multifactorial regression analysis showed that women,high BMI,and high monthly living expenses were the college students’poor risk factors for eating behavior.Conclusion The unhealthy dietary behaviors of college students in Songjiang District are widespread,and nutritional education for college students should be emphasized and targeted improvement measures should be carried out.
