摘 要:神经递质是一类在神经系统中起重要作用的化学物质,其异常表达与多种神经系统疾病相关。荧光探针因高选择、高灵敏和可视化特性在众多神经递质检测方法中具有突出优势。该文主要综述了2019年以来响应型荧光探针在神经递质检测方面的新进展,介绍了6类神经递质,包括胆碱类、生物胺类、氨基酸类、神经肽类、嘌呤类以及气体信号分子。在分析各类神经递质结构和反应特点的基础上,介绍了相应探针的设计思路和反应机理。这些研究为神经递质的精确检测提供了重要的方法和理论支持,有望在神经系统疾病的早期诊断和治疗中发挥关键作用。最后展望了响应型荧光探针未来的发展趋势。Neurotransmitters are a class of pivotal chemical substances operating within the neural system,and their abnormal levels are intricately linked to a spectrum of neurological disorders.Among a multitude of techniques employed for neurotransmitter detection,fluorescent probes have emerged as formidable contenders due to their inherent attributes of high selectivity,sensitivity,and visualizability.In this review,we mainly summarized the recent advances in responsive fluorescent probes for neurotransmitter detection since 2019,providing an exposition on six categories of neu-rotransmitters encompassing acetylcholine,biogenic amines,amino acids,neuropeptides,pu-rines,and gaseous signaling molecules.Furthermore,according to the in-depth analysis of the structural and reaction activity of these neurotransmitters,we expound upon the underlying design principles and reaction mechanisms governing the corresponding probes.These studies provide impor-tant methodological and theoretical support for the accurate detection of neurotransmitters and are ex-pected to play a key role in the early diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases.In addition,the review casts a discerning eye towards prospective trajectories,and emphasizes the continuous im-provement of fluorescent probes to meet the needs of neurotransmitter research and clinical needs,soas to provide reference for future research.
