摘 要:为深入解决模架装备施工爬升节奏与塔式起重机自升进程不一致所产生的冲突问题,基于多机协同的理念,在单元式钢平台与塔式起重机分体独立工作的基础上,通过多种协同装备的融合作业,实现塔式起重机的阶梯式爬升,并利用建立的数字化动态交互镜像模型进行最优化建造模式理论分析,得到多种适用于不同动力系统塔式起重机的阶梯式爬升高效建造模式,并将其应用于具体的超高层项目。工程应用结果表明:多机协同塔机阶梯式爬升高效建造技术适用于不同类型的超高层项目,且有利于超高层项目降本增效,增强施工安全性,提高智能建造水平。In order to deeply solve the conflict problem caused by the inconsistency between the climbing rhythm of formwork equipment construction and the self-lifting process of tower crane,based on the concept of multi-machine collaboration,on the basis of the independent work of unit steel platform and tower crane,through the integration of various collaborative equipment,the stepped climbing of tower crane is realized.The optimal construction mode is analyzed theoretically by using the established digital dynamic interactive mirror model,and a variety of stair climbing efficient construction modes suitable for tower cranes with different power systems are obtained,which are applied to specific high-rise projects.The engineering application results show that the multi-machine coordinated tower crane stepped climbing efficient construction technology is suitable for different types of super high-rise projects,and is conducive to reducing cost and increasing efficiency of super high-rise projects,enhancing construction safety,and improving the level of intelligent construction.
