摘　　要：目的:分析中文版同情恐惧量表(FCS)的信效度,探讨其在中国青少年群体中的适用性。方法:采用方便取样对873名青少年(12~18岁)进行问卷发放并获得有效数据,以基本移情量表中文版(BES-C)、同情心量表为效标测量FCS的心理特性,间隔1个月后,随机抽取86名学生重测FCS。结果:①通过探索性和验证性因素分析,删除原量表中的7个项目,获得包含31个项目的三因素结构的中文版FCS,其二阶三因子模型拟合良好(RMSEA=0.68,CFI=0.838,TLI=0.826);②FCS总量表和分量表的Cronbachα系数分别为0.926、0.775~0.899;重测系数分别为0.991、0.591~0.853(P<0.01);FCS总分及各因子与BES-C、同情心量表之间呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:修订的FCS在中国青少年群体中具有良好的信效度,未来可作为一种有效的测量工具。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Fear of Compassion Scale(FCS)and access its accuracy in Chinese adolescents.Methods:Questionnaires were distributed to 873 adolescents(12-18 years old)with convenient sampling and valid data were obtained.The psychological characteristics of FCS were measured with the Chinese version of the Basic Empathy Scale(BES-C)and the Empathy Scale.After a month's interval,86 students were randomly selected to retest FCS.Results:①Through exploratory and validation factor analysis,7 items in the original scale were deleted,and a Chinese version of the FCS with a three-factor structure containing 31 items was obtained,with a well-fitted second-order three-factor model(RMSEA=0.68,CFI=0.838,TLI=0.826);②For the total scale and subscale of FCS,the Cronbach’sαcoefficients were 0.926 and 0.775-0.899;The test-retest coefficients were 0.991 and 0.591-0.853(P<0.01).The scores of the whole FCS and its factors were significantly positively correlated with BES-C and Empathy scale(P<0.01).Conclusion:The revised FCS has good reliability and validity in Chinese adolescents,and can be used as an effective measurement tool in the future.
