摘　　要：恶性肿瘤和心血管疾病是威胁人类生命健康的两个最重要的疾病,肿瘤患者合并心血管疾病更是临床中的一大难题。目前临床上许多肿瘤治疗方案具有潜在心脏毒性,随着诊疗技术不断发展,肿瘤患者生存期逐渐延长,肿瘤患者患心血管疾病的风险也随之增加,肿瘤相关心血管疾病已经成为肿瘤患者非肿瘤直接死亡的重要原因。然而既往医学文献及临床实践多将肿瘤和心血管疾病独立治疗,并未将二者有效联系起来。本综述旨在通过总结肿瘤治疗相关心脏毒性的危险因素及预测指标,提示临床在肿瘤治疗前及治疗过程中给予重视,积极防治心脏毒性,以改善患者预后,提高其生存质量。Malignant tumors and cardiovascular diseases are the two most important diseases that threaten human life and health,and the combination of cardiovascular diseases in tumor patients is a major clinical problem.At present,many clinical tumor treatment options have potential cardiotoxicity,with the continuous development of diagnosis and treatment technology,the survival time of tumor patients is gradually extended,the risk of cardiovascular disease in tumor patients is also increasing,and tumor related cardiovascular disease has become an important cause of non tumor direct death in tumor patients.However,past medical literatures and clinical practices mostly treated tumors and cardiovascular diseases independently,but did not effectively link the two.The purpose of this review is to summarize the risk factors and predictive indicators of cardiaotoxicity related to tumor treatment,and to suggest that clinical attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment of cardiac toxicity before and during tumor treatment,in order to improve patients′prognosis and improve their quality of life.
