摘 要:城市更新建设周期下既有密集区复杂约束下的盾构隧道建设规模不断攀升,大直径盾构隧道下穿既有地铁运营隧道始终是城市路网、地铁更新建设的典型难题,其施工工艺复杂、施工控制要求高,目前普遍缺少准确定量的分析方法以满足施工参数精细化控制要求及周边环境保护目的。依托上海北横通道下穿轨交10号线项目的实际工程,其最近下穿距离仅为7.5m,斜交角度约为76°,首先建立三维精细化数值模型分析了新建大直径盾构隧道施工斜交下穿既有运营地铁区间隧道的影响,通过与实测数据进行了对比分析,表现为较好的一致性;其次根据分析结果、实测数据及现场实际施工参数控制措施等,总结了盾构穿越前、中、后的经验,给出了大直径盾构下穿运营地铁线路施工过程中施工控制措施,可为类似施工提供经验参考。Under the urban renewal construction cycle and due to constant rising scale of the shield tunnel construction under complex constraints of existing dense residential areas,the construction of large-diameter shield tunnels under existing subway operating tunnels has always been a typical challenge in urban road network and subway renewal construction,which has complex construction technology and high construction control requirements.Currently,there is a general lack of accurate quantitative analysis methods to meet the requirements of fine control of construction parameters and the purpose of surrounding environmental protection.Based on the actual project of Shanghai North Cross Passage underpass Metro Line 10,the latest underpass distance is only 7.5 m,with a skew angle of about 76°.Firstly a 3D refined numerical model is established to analyze the impact of the construction of a new large-diameter shield tunnel on the skew crossing of an existing operating subway section tunnel.Through comparative analysis with measured data,it shows good consistency.Secondly,based on the analysis results,measured data,and on-site actual construction parameter control measures,the experience before,during,and after the shield crossing is summarized,and the construction control measures for the large-diameter shield tunnel undercross the operating subway line during the construction process are given,which can provide experience reference for similar constructions.
