摘 要:为满足战术技术指标要求,针对高速催泪喷射系统,进行了装药设计,研制了一型催泪剂配方,分析了催泪剂黏度和发射药量对战术技术指标的影响。在影响因素中选择了控制变量法进行研究和试验。通过逐一控制催泪剂黏度、发射药量,观察试验结果。当发射药量为60 mg,催泪剂增稠剂与溶剂比例为1∶1时,试验结果满足设计要求。In order to meet the requirements of tactical specifications,a charge design was carried out for a high-speed tear gas injection system,while a type of tear gas formulation was developed,and the effects of tear gas viscosity and launching charge on tactical specifications were discussed.Due to the excessive number of influencing factors,the controlled variable method was chosen for research and testing.Tests were conducted by controlling the tear gas viscosity and firing dose one by one,and observing whether the results meet the requirements of tactical technical indexes at the same time.After the test,it was verified that the test results met the requirements when the firing dose was 60 mg and the ratio of teargas thickener to solvent was 1∶1.
