摘  要:为解决当前无人机载辐射监测系统典型应用场景不清、装备耐辐射性能底数不明的问题,对辐射监测装备使用环境和耐辐射特性进行了分析评估。总结了核爆炸与核事故等典型辐射场景下的辐射特性以及金属和非金属器件、电子学器件等无人辐射监测系统常用材料的耐辐射特性,确定了装备应重点关注的耐辐射加固关键单元,采用屏蔽防护材料进行了抗辐射加固处理,通过不同剂量率、有无防护条件关键设备的耐辐射性能试验,初步获得了耐辐射加固效果,为提高装备辐射探测任务成功率提供支撑。In order to solve the problem of unclear typical application scenarios of current UAV-borne radiation detection equipment and unknown radiation resistance performance of the equipment,the operating environment was analyzed and radiation resistance characteristics of radiation detection equipment were tested.First,the radiation characteristics of typical radiation detection mission scenarios such as nuclear weapon explosion and nuclear power plant accident were summarized.Then,the radiation resistance characteristics of frequently-used materials of unmanned radiation detection system such as metal and non-metal devices,electronic devices were analyzed.According to the requirements of mission scenarios and the radiation resistance characteristics of devices or materials,the key radiation resistance reinforcement units were determined.Shielding materials were used for radiation resistance reinforcement,and radiation resistance performance tests of key equipment under different dose rates and with or without protection were designed.The preliminary radiation resistance reinforcement effect was obtained through the test,which has certain practicability and effectiveness to improve the success rate of equipment radiation detection mission.
