摘 要:应用CFD软件对燃气热水器燃烧器头部结构参数对燃烧器混合特性引射性能进行仿真模拟分析,探究了不同火孔形状和不同头部出口“V”型角度对燃烧器出口气体混合均匀性及一次空气系数的影响;分析得出:燃烧器火孔形式为方形时,燃气与空气的混合均匀性较圆形火孔更为良好且稳定性更优于圆形火孔,在燃烧器设计中可优先考虑方形火孔;头部的“V”型角度是影响燃烧器引射性能的关键性因素,对于燃烧器头部的“V”型角度的选择,需兼顾混合均匀性与一次空气系数。Applying CFD software to simulate and analyze the structural parameters of the head of gas water heater burner on the mixing characteristics of the burner pilot performance,and investigate the influence of different fire hole shapes and different head exit“V”angle on the gas mixing uniformity and primary air coefficient of the burner exit;the analysis concludes that:the form of burner fire holes is square.It is analyzed that:when the burner fire hole is square,the mixing uniformity of gas and air is better than that of round fire hole and the stability is better than that of round fire hole,so the square fire hole can be considered as a priority in the burner design;the“V”angle of the head is a key factor that affects the pilot performance of the burner,and the choice of the“V”angle of the head is a key factor that affects the pilot performance of the burner.For the selection of the“V”angle of the burner head,it is necessary to take into account the mixing uniformity and primary air coefficient.
