摘　　要：本文从点火装置组成进行分析,根据点火装置中各部件间电连接情况,提出了点火针组件可解锁的点火装置,并从点火针组件可解锁的点火装置组成、点火针组件结构、自锁插片与自锁端子及护套组合三个方面,对点火针组件可解锁的点火装置进行分析说明,对点火针组件可解锁的点火装置验证测试,确定方案的可靠性,给日常生产、维护和开发等带来便利。This article analyzes the composition of the ignition device,according to the electrical connection between various components in the ignition device,proposed an ignition device of unlocking Ignition needle assembly,and from three aspects:the composition of the ignition device of unlocking Ignition needle assembly,the structural of the ignition needle assembly,and the combination of the self-locking insert and self-locking terminal and sheath,analyze and explain the ignition device of unlocking Ignition needle assembly,verification testing of the ignition device of unlocking Ignition needle assembly,determine the reliability of the plan,bring convenience to daily production,maintenance,and development.
