摘　　要：阴阳五行既是《黄帝内经》认识生命现象与天人关系的基础,也是张元素构建药性理论体系的框架。《黄帝内经》通过阴阳、五行的分类与关系,阐述人体组织之间及其与自然环境的联系、构建疾病的发生原理及发展规律,提出疾病的诊疗原则。而张元素将阴阳五行应用于药性理论构建当中,通过阴阳再分将气味厚薄、药物性能、方剂功效、人体藏象、四时节气结合,构成药物、人体、自然三合一的整体;运用五行分类,创立以药物性用特点为主体的法象药物分类法;依据五行关系,形成以生克制化为法则的遣药制方论。张元素所构建的药性理论体系,不仅将前人药性思想予以总结,对药物升降浮沉、分类等方面进行发挥,也为后世药性理论的发展与完善奠定了基础。The theory of Yin-Yang and five elements are both the basic structure of Huangdi Neijing for understanding the human life phenomena and the relationship between heaven and man,and the framework of the construction of ZHANG Yuansu′s pharmacological theory system.Through the classification and relationship of Yin and Yang and the five elements,Huangdi Neijing explains the connection between human tissues and their relationship with the natural environment,builds the principles of disease occurrence and development,and proposes principles for the treatment of disease.ZHANG Yuansu applies Yin and Yang and the five elements in the construction of the theory of medicinal properties.Through the re-distribution of Yin and Yang,he combines the thickness of odor,drug properties,prescription efficacy,human body′s hidden image and the four seasons,forming a three-in-one whole of medicine,human body and nature.Using the five elements theory,he creates a drug classification method based on the characteristics of the properties of the drugs themselves.Based on the relationship of the five elements,he forms the theory of dispensing medicine and formulating prescriptions based on inter-promotion and inter-restraint.The system of pharmacological theory constructed by ZHANG Yuansu not only summarized the pharmacological ideas of his predecessors,but also played a role in the rise and fall and classification of drugs,and laid the foundation for the development and improvement of pharmacological theory in later generations.
