摘  要:新民主主义革命时期是中国共产党文化教育工作方针形成和发展的重要时期。苏区时期,中国共产党首次将马克思主义基本原理应用于文化教育工作方针的制定;全面抗战时期,新民主主义文化教育工作方针实现了理论升华;解放战争时期,新民主主义文化教育工作方针得到深化实践。党的文化教育工作方针的形成与发展积累了丰富的历史经验:一是始终围绕党的中心任务和中心工作来制定和实施文化教育工作方针;二是始终充分体现文化教育为人民服务的根本宗旨;三是始终根据具体形势和具体情况,不断完善和灵活实施文化教育工作方针。The New Democratic Revolution period was crucial for the formulation and development of the Communist Party of China's policies on cultural and educational work.During the Central Soviet period,the Party first utilized the fundamental principles of Marxism to craft its cultural and educational work policies.The theoretical enhancement of these policies occurred during the Anti-Japanese War period,and they were further solidified through practice during the War of Liberation.The evolution of the Party's cultural and educational work policies during this period has contributed rich historical insights:firstly,the policies were consistently centered around the Party's core tasks and operations;secondly,they consistently embodied the principal aim of cultural and educational services—to serve the people;and thirdly,they were continuously adapted and flexibly applied based on the evolving circumstances and contexts.
