摘  要:实践教学是全面提升生物与医药硕士专业学位研究生培养质量的重要路径,但目前实践教学模式存在培养目标与内容不明确、实施载体与管理机制不清晰、实践教学条件与保障体系未落实等问题。浙江万里学院生物与医药硕士专业学位点积极探索研究生实践教学模式改革,通过构建多模块实践教学体系,明确了实践教学实施路径,并建设实践平台与“双导师组”保障了实践教学条件,构建多元化实践考核模式保障了实践教学效果。Practical teaching is an important way to comprehensively improve the training quality of master’s degree students in biology and medicine.However,the practical teaching mode currently faces some challenges,such as unclear training objectives and contents,unclear implementation carrier and management mechanism,and unimplemented practical teaching conditions and guarantee system,etc.the Master’s degree program in Biology and Medicine at Zhejiang Wanli University has been actively exploring the reform of practical teaching mode for graduate students.It has clarified a perfect implementation path for practical teaching through the construction of a multi-module practical teaching system.Meanwhile,it has established the practice platform and“double tutor group”to guarantee the practical teaching conditions and built a diversified practice assessment mode to ensure the practical teaching effect.
