摘　　要：在国家治理、档案协同治理的背景下,传统村落文化遗产保护要从单一的政府一元管理模式转变为多元主体协同治理模式。其中,国家加大对传统村落保护发展项目的支持,鼓励社会力量参与传统村落的保护发展,多渠道筹措保护发展资金,建立政府推动、社会参与的协同保护发展机制。但是,目前社会力量参与传统村落文化遗产保护的现状是社会力量参与质量有待加强,社会力量和协同合作成效的效益评估机制缺乏及社会力量协同合作机制受阻,不能形成合力,影响各社会主体优势的发挥。基于此,笔者提出从提升社会力量参与意识、建立科学的效益评估体系和增加协同合作观念三个方面着手,促进传统村落保护工作的可持续发展,以便传统村落文化遗产保护事业向着更好的方向发展。In the context of national governance and collaborative governance of archives,the protection of traditional village cultural heritage needs to shift from a single government single management model to a multi-party collaborative governance model.Among them,the government has increased support for the protection and development projects of traditional villages,encouraged social forces to participate in the protection and development of traditional villages,raised funds for protection and development through multiple channels,and established a collaborative protection and development mechanism promoted by the government and participated by society.However,the current situation of social forces participating in the protection of traditional village cultural heritage is that the quality of social force participation needs to be strengthened,there is a lack of effectiveness evaluation mechanisms for social forces and collaborative cooperation,and the collaborative cooperation mechanism of social forces is hindered,which cannot form a joint force and affect the advantages of various social entities.Based on this,the author proposes to promote the sustainable development of traditional village protection work from three aspects:enhancing the awareness of social participation,establishing a scientific benefit evaluation system,and increasing the concept of collaborative cooperation,so as to promote the development of traditional village cultural heritage protection in a better direction.
