大学生职业发展与就业指导课程实施经验、效果评价与优化路径研究——以杭州电子科技大学为例

摘　　要：人才需求更新、就业形势紧迫与大学生就业新趋势要求高校持续推进就业辅导工作变革。杭州电子科技大学经过多年的积累,在师资团队、内容设计、教学方法和授课安排方面形成了一套扎实有效的大学生职业发展与就业指导课程实施经验。基于对703名本科生的问卷调查,研究发现该课程对学生的职业生涯意识、职业规划能力和求职自我效能感有显著正向影响。为进一步提升课程质量及有效性,未来应增加选修模块,引入行业导师,强化毕业班就业辅导,面向学生的终身职业发展过程设计课程。Under the pressure of talent demand updating,urgent employment situation,new employment trend of university students and the employment guidance in higher education institutions are required to continuously reform.Hangzhou Dianzi Universtiy has developed a comprehensive and effective set of implementing experience in career development and employment guidance course after years of accumulation.Based on survey data collected from 703 undergraduate students,the study found that this course has a significant positive impact on their career awareness,career planning ability,and job searching self-efficacy.To further improve the quality and effectiveness of the curriculum,in the future,it is necessary to add elective modules,introduce industry mentors,strengthen employment guidance for senior students and design courses for students'lifelong career development process.
