摘 要:目的建立食品用塑料袋中21种塑化剂迁移量的气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法将食品用塑料袋通过制袋法制成固定内表面积的试验用袋,经食品模拟物灌装后模拟严苛的使用条件,对模拟物中的塑化剂迁移量进行测定。其中水性食品模拟物采用纯水,油脂及表面含油脂食品模拟物采用异辛烷,水性食品模拟物的正己烷萃取液与油脂类食品的异辛烷模拟物分别浓缩近干,用正己烷定容、涡旋,取上清液经气相色谱-质谱测定,采用外标法定量。结果本法分离效果好,对水基(酸性、非酸性食品)、油脂类食品模拟物中除邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)和邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)外19种塑化剂化合物的定量限为0.01 mg/kg,DINP和DIDP的定量限为0.1 mg/kg。21种塑化剂在0.1~2.0 mg/L加标浓度范围内,回收率在76.1%~106.1%,所测定的精密度RSD为3.4%~11.1%。结论该方法经回收率、精密度试验和方法验证表明,各项技术指标均完全满足检测需要,方法的灵敏度、准确度、精密度、专属性及确证的可靠性等方面符合国际通用的质量控制要求。Objective To establish a method for the determination of the migration in 21 plasticizers in food grade plastic bags by gas chromatorgraphy-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods Food plastic bags were made into experimental bags with fixed internal surface area by bag-making method.After the bags were filled with food simulants(water was used as the water-based food simulant,and isooctane was used as fatty food simulants or simulants with fat on the surface),strict oper-ating conditions were simulated.The amount of plasticizers migrated into the simulants were quantified.The n-hexane ex-tract of water-based food simulants and isooctane simulants were concentrated to nearly dryness.The volume of n-hexane was fixed and vortexed,and the supernatant was determined by GC-MS and quantified by external standard method.Re-sults This method demonstrated good separation effects.In water-based(acidic and non-acidic)food simulants and fatty food simulants,the limit of quantitation was 0.01 mg/kg for 19 plasticizer compounds,diisononyl phthalate(DINP)and di-isodecyl phthalate(DIDP).The recoveries of 21 plasticizers ranged from 76.1%to 106.1%in the concentration range of 0.1 mg/L to 2.0 mg/L,and the precision RSD measured ranged from 3.4%to 11.1%.Conclusion The percent recovery,precision test and method verification show that all the technical indices of the method meet the requirements of detection,and its sensitivity,accuracy,precision,specificity and verified reliability meet the international quality control require-ments.
